We focus on the road ahead
Far too many young people do not have meaningful career exposure, relevant skills training or serious engagement with the workplace. In the context of shifting economic and social realities, young people are reconsidering enrolling directly in college after high school, cautious of low graduation rates, high debt, and opaque job placement data. Families express interest in understanding more about career training options.
We offer a wide range of free resources and services designed to empower educators and students alike
Free career exploration resources
We offer free career exploration resources designed for educators to use with high school learners. Our resources are unique because learners ‘try on’ tasks related to entry level jobs.
Support high school youth to transition to workforce training
Our Expanding Pathways Collaborative brings together high school educators and workforce training staff to support more seamless transitions for young people.
Professional Learning
Shared Lane facilitates professional learning for high school educators focusing on non-degree pathways to in-demand jobs.
